
My name is Dave and I have been into health, weight loss and weight gain, and also into weight training and good nutrition for over 25 years. I have learned many things pertaining to weight loss, weight gain, weight training and nutrition. It all started while try to gain weight for the purpose of playing sports in school. Through the years I have had trouble with gaining weight as a teenager, loosing weight as a young adult and making solid gains while weight training.

Over the years I have successfully trained many friends and have given advise to some kids that are on the Wrestling, Football and Basketball teams from a local high school.
